Our vision is to provide a home for those longing to seek God, a place to encourage growth through the individual and collective study of God’s Word, community outreach, and discipleship of small groups. Our hope is for The Anchor to be a place of fellowship that will edify & encourage the believer in having a closer relationship with Jesus Christ.
Our ministries include such as Men’s & Women’s Fellowship Groups, Youth Ministry (grade 6-12th), Children’s Ministry, Community Outreach and Local Missions, Worship Team & Media Ministry.

The Anchor is an ALL-volunteer church located at 99 Eglin Parkway NE, Suite 2 at Uptown Station in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Our purpose here is to have a place for everyone to belong, to build relationships and to become more than just strangers meeting in a building, or people that get together once or twice a week. We desire to become a family! The Anchor is not a mega church. Our mission is to reach the lost with the Gospel and train believers in the “rightly divided” word of God.
We believe all of God’s word is His truth from Genesis to Revelation and The Anchor’s desire is to fulfill Paul’s instruction to the Ephesians of equipping the saints for the work of ministry and to edify the body of Christ until we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God. We believe God’s spirit resides within to enable us with His love, power, and sound mind.
We desire to build each other up as well as hold each other’s hands in the struggles of everyday life. You will find Love, Acceptance, and Hope. Join us here at The Anchor and become a part of The Anchor family and experience God’s love in your life.
