SMALL GROUP ANNOUNCEMENTS
Ready to be part of a Small Group?
Life was meant to be lived with others. Small groups encourage you to fellowship with other believers in a variety of ways: having coffee and reading your Bible, playing games, spending time at the beach or just hanging out.
Please fill out a Connect Card. We would love to help you cultivate a new small group or get you plugged- in to a small group.
"For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”
Matthew 18:20
A couples Bible Study held every other Friday. A group perfect for growing your faith with other married couples. Bring your children and a side dish for a fun Friday night of fellowship.
Pastor Jim is teaching a small group on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM. Come and gain understanding of the nine manifestations of the Holy Spirit as explained in
1 Corinthians chapters 12,13, and 14. If you have ever wondered about these nine manifestations of Speaking in Tongues, Interpretation of Tongues, Prophesy, Faith, Healing, Miracles, Word of Knowledge, Word of Wisdom, and Discerning of Spirits, this is your opportunity to become instructed from God's Word on this topic.
If you are interested in attending this small group, please notify Pastor Jim at his email address (revjimmy@cox.net) or just join him on Wednesday night in our Uptown location in the Anchor Cafe.
There is still plenty of work to be done as we continue to get settled in to our new church home. From painting to organizing and everything in between, please come and help us finish what we have started.
If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out a Connect Card or email Curt Obrigewitch
