The Anchor believes whole-heartedly in the purpose and fulfillment of Small Groups. We encourage small groups, also known as home groups, to inspires growth, fellowship, and service. Small Groups provide a more intimate and personable setting for those looking to dig deeper, study harder, and pursue greater a personal connection with the Lord. It is our vision that every member of The Anchor become involved and stay involved with at least one small group throughout the year as a way to connect with The Anchor family, build personal relationships with other members, and devote time, energy, resources, and talent to service and good works –both within and outside the church.
Women’s Ministry
Women’s Ministry
Women of all ages are able to connect, share, mentor, grow, love, learn, live, and shine in this group. SHINE (See Him IN Everything) focuses on connecting women within our church and the community through fellowship brunches, outreach opportunities, Bible studies and life-enriching seminars. Media Ministry
Media Ministry
The media ministry focuses primarily on:
1. Compiling and presenting the slides/videos during the worship service
2. Capturing video during the service and streaming it to Facebook Live for remote viewing
3. Adjusting and routing the audio during the church service
4. Research, design, proposals, and purchase and maintenance of system equipment
5. Other technology tasks as required

The Chain offers a unique and encouraging place for young students to explore their faith and further their personal walk with God. Our youth leaders provide opportunities to study The Bible and dig deeper into The Word, while engaging in topical conversations focused on the needs of today’s teens. Whether in the building or out in the community, this group shines as a light for Christ. The Youth Group also serves the congregation, from cleaning ministry to worship team and much more!

Captain's Kidz - Children's Ministry
In our Captain’s Kidz Children’s Ministry, we have the privilege of ministering to children Newborn through 5th grade. Our hope is that each child who walks through our doors will experience the love of Christ while in our care! We desire that all will not only believe that God’s Word is true, but also comprehend the great love He has for them. We pray that they will each develop their very own loving relationship with God, gain the ability to trust Him in every part of their lives, and will rise up and become a part of a generation of believers who stand firmly on God’s Truth and live their lives in a way that pleases Him. He made each of us to become one of The Captain’s Kidz!
